So, what do you do when you are running out of battery ? Common situation which is encountered by users & users would have wished for battery with "infinite" charge. Well, that is not possible but Samsung Z1 does have an option called "Ultra-Power Saving" [ UPS mode] in case you are "running out of battery"

Ideal Scenarios to switch to UPS mode

1. Battery juice is quickly running out & you need to prolong the battery time.
2. Use only bare-minimum apps e.g. Dialler, Messages, Browser, Clock, Contacts, Internet. The key-point is "Minimize Usage to Maximize Battery" :)

Now, that we know the scenarios when to switch to UPS mode, let's dive into how to enable UPS mode

How to enable UPS mode

1. You can enter UPS Mode in either of the following ways:

a. Go to Notification Quick Panel --> Toggle U.power saving

b. When your battery is low & you get Low Battery Pop-up, you can get into UPS mode.
c. Go to Settings --> Power & Storage --> Battery --> Power Saving Mode --> Toggle Ultra-Power Saving Mode.

2. You need to agree with the T&C --> Click Next --> Click Enable and your home screen would be replaced with Simple Home Screen

NOTE - As mentioned, the "Estimated Max Standby Time" would vary based on the device usage in the UPS Mode.

Make the best use of UPS mode for "Last Mile Power Saving" :)

Amit,
Changes have been made to the post. IMHO, ideal size of the image is width=240, height=400
