Subtitles do not resume : Bug in Samsung Tizen TV N5300

In any app whether hotstar or amazon prime, if you resume a video, subtitles always start from scratch.
So there is a mismatch between audio and subtitles.
I have contacted hotstar and amazon prime and they told me its issue with specific samsung tv.

My software version is : 1270 (updated yesterday only)

I have two tv :
My model : UA49N5300ARXXL
My model : UA43N5300ARLXL

Also tried, switch on/off subtitles while resume and it did not help.
I have also contacted samsung support but they just told me to update software which I did, but it did not help.
I even tweeted the same with video proof to samsung india but no response.
Could you please get it checked from your tech team and get it fixed ?
