Time in emulator? Why in +9 GMT S.Korean time?

Hi,
 Anyone know why in emulator(Gear and I think other) local time in zone +9 GMT S.Korean time, but why not PC time and ZONE?

 maybe exist sttings for change it in time when emulator starting?

You can change the system time and time zone info with below command from shell.

1. run the shell.
2. date -s '2016-2-1 10:00:00'  // change the system time

to change the time zone.
1. backup the timezone info
mv /etc/localtime /etc/localtime_org
2. change the timezone
ln -s /usr/share/zoneinfo/Asia/Seoul /etc/localtime
3. check
date

  But why installer not use local PC time and zone in install by default?

If u get permission denied, try "su" before entering above commands.
