Please.

Windows Version?

32 or 64 bit Version?

You can also try to read and post here:
https://developer.tizen.org/forums

But if "we" know more details, then easier to help...

Thanx for report same problem with other Windows Version...

For me...
I am too lazy at the moment to download and install latest 2.4 SDK Revision 1

On my Win7 64 bit allready installed before 2.4 Beta... and many 2.x Versions before...

My latest Installation was 2.4 "Final" in october...
http://www.tizenexperts.com/2015/10/tizen-2-4-software-development-kit-sdk-released/

The new Installer is liitle bit "new" for me...
For instance I had to make manually correction...
https://developer.tizen.org/forums/sdk-ide/2.4-sdk-release?tab=active

Because I had not seen this in Installer...  :-[

So I am scared at the moment... to install new Version...  ;D

Maybe try 2.4 from October... to check if same Error...

In the last 2-3 years I have nearly all Tizen SDKs installed... only first 1.x I was tooo lazy...
But 2.x yes...
Only on Windows PCs...

I have no idea if Linux Version is easier to handle...

But for Windows Versions... from time to time (Java) Installer is changed...
And it looks like Installer can do funny things... and nobody knows why...

I have short checked the other installer... CLI... Command Line Interface...
And here I was more scared...  :o

And the Installer with "colorfull Window"...  :o  :o

No idea if this is also JAVA Installer or something else...

I have no idea, when I will 2.4 Rev 1 or later self... But I think not in 2015.

At the moment all I need runs fine.  :)

My other PCs are only 32 bit OS...
XP and Win 7...

Win 8.x and 10... not installed.
Also scared.  ;D

Sorry, I can't help at the moment.  :-[

I have no idea, when somebody else can post solution maybe here:
https://developer.tizen.org/forums/sdk-ide/sdk-programs-are-running-under-insalled-location.?tab=active

Or maybe you find self solution, then please post.

Thanx in advance.

Maybe we wait...

If SM-Z300H have now Firmware updates with 2.4.0.2 inside...
Then 2.4 Rev 2 is not so far away...
Maybe january... or february...

But before MWC I hope...

If you need 2.4...
And you have not installed beta 2.4 before...

You could try if this Version do same funny things like Rev1:
Installer
http://download.tizen.org/sdk/Installer/tizen-sdk-2.4/
the other part...
https://download.tizen.org/sdk/sdk-images/2.4/

Overview from here:
http://www.tizenexperts.com/2015/10/tizen-2-4-software-development-kit-sdk-released/

If same problem then bad...  :-[
But maybe more luck with this version...

And it would help to understand, if this problem depend on SDK Version or something else...
Hardware/Driver """conflict"""

Good luck.

One of replays from SDK developers :

"
First of all, sorry for the inconvenience.

Actually, we do not support Windows 10, it is not official specification.

That is why we do not test on Windows 10.

We will prepare to support Windows 10 and make test environment.

Could you wait for us please?

We will check and solve this problem as soon as possible.

Best regards,
"

Okidoki, but this not answers why Win 7 fail too...

Maybe this is usefull info... about language:
https://developer.tizen.org/forums/sdk-ide/sdk-programs-are-running-under-insalled-location.?tab=active
Quote
I  obtained same error message "SDK programs are running under installed location..." during installing Tizen TV SDK.

I obtained that error on Windows 7 Professional, 64-bit and also on Windows 7 Ultimate, 32-bit both with Czech localization. I found out if I switched language from Czech to English in Windows7 OS, then installing process was working ok. It seems Tizen SKD Update Manager fails on Windows OS with non-english localization!

Please, can somebody help how can be fixed??
I need to use Windows 7 Pro (with czech language - it doesn't support switching to english language) - really i don't want to buy new OS :)

Thanks a lot.
