Hi Aadesh,
  Saw the video shared by you. Very strange to see this scenario. In fact, did not observe this issue with Z1 and Z3 from myside.

Usually, this kind of repetition/looping occurs when Screen lock type is "Swipe / None". But in your case, continuously looping even with "PIN" option and falling back to "PIN" type even Swipe is selected.

Try this: Pls try setting Screen lock type to "None" and see same as previous issue or not. If "None" type is set successfully, then try Pattern/Password/Swipe options. Hope it can recover.

Even after trying above experiment, if still looping around "PIN" option then pls collect log dump for the issue(using *#9900#) and attach log dump.

@Aadesh,
As issue not reproducible for others, it would be great if you can collect logs from your device and attach here.

Details to collect logs:
1. As soon as you encounter the problem, press this key combination *#9900#
2. Select Run LOG_DUMP
3. Once this activity gets over, Connect your device to PC/Laptop via USB.
4. Go to Phone->SLP_debug.
5. Copy the file(s) in this folder(usually they are named log_dump_yyyymmddhhmmss.tar.gz) and attach to you bug report.
