Messages access through Laptop/Computer
« On:October 25, 2015, 10:49:09 PM »
My previous mobile which I used for long time was Nokia E72 which is a symbian based one. Those phones had a feature, a software was provided for free with which one can connect the mobile through Bluetooth/Wire to Laptop/Computer and have access to full Messaging System and many more features like installing/uninstalling apps.

I was very much used to it, but still didnt came across such a quality thing in todays smartphone.

I would like to have this feature in Tizen.

Hi Atma,
I still have a (Symbian) Nokia C7 phone :)

I also have Nokia's software on my PC but I prefer Zapya Webshare, which transforms the Z1 into a webserver:

The PC browser reads (and modifies) a webpage which is generated by the Z1: brilliant and versatile web technology ! :)

Very soon, all devices will have Iotivity, which also works with Bluetooth: https://www.iotivity.org/

Just now done with using Zapya webshare. Nothing new I could see in it.

My message was to have access to messages on my mobile. I should be able to read/send/delete messages on my mobile using laptop.

About Zapya Webshare I feel it is just an option to access the contents of your phone and SD card. it cant install/uninstall apps nor perform so many operations what Nokia Software does with its Nokia Phones.
