Tizen store failed to sign in

I cannot download any apps from tizen store it shows failed to sign in but i have already signed in with my samsung account.

go to settings<accounts .. tap on your samsung account.. press option button and then sync... it will solve this prblm

somtimes i also face this issue.. but after sync , i'm able to use tizen store normally..

Shebin, is this resolved?  Could have been a temp n/w issue.
No zed every time it shows failed to sign in  :(

open the app in which you're encountering error

As soon as you encounter the problem, go to dialer and press this key combination *#9900#

Select Run LOG_DUMP

 Once this activity gets over, Connect your device to PC/Laptop via USB.

Go to Phone->SLP_debug.

Copy the file(s) in this folder(usually they are named log_dump_yyyymmddhhmmss.tar.gz) and attach to you bug report.

we cannot attach tar.gz file here.. so make a zip folder of that file..

This is most annoying. Me too facing it. Also I cant Sync on Settings》 Accounts 》Samsung Account. Always settings Force Close while trying to Sync.
