Facebook Messenger is not taking more characters.

Facebook Messenger is not taking more characters than I have given in the screenshot. If I type more than letters than that, then Messenger is stopping to response. It is happening after the last Facebook Service update.

as far as Messenger 27.0.2 is concerned, it is showing the special characters, in my device.
firmware version 2.4.0.2 COL6

1. As soon as you encounter the problem, press this key combination *#9900#
2. Select Run LOG_DUMP
3. Once this activity gets over, Connect your device to PC/Laptop via USB.
4. Go to Phone->SLP_debug.
5. Copy the file(s) in this folder(usually they are named log_dump_yyyymmddhhmmss.tar.gz) and attach to you bug report.
