[SOLVED]:Memo does not run

After upgrade to 2.4 the Memo app stopped running. When launched it shows "Initialising..." forever.

Before I had quite a lot of memos in the app. So my guess is that it freezes while trying to import memos from the old format into a new one.

Please help

When I try to import memos to email, it claims, that no memos are available. This proves, that it freezes while convdrting old memos into a new format.

No luck. No memos are exported! As it there were no memos at all (the app still shows "Initialising...", when launched).

Also, no memos are found, when I try to attach them (or import them somewhere). See screenshot.

So, it looks like the memo service does not see them (that's why no memos are exported via Kies etc). And only the app itself tries to convert them.

Any ETA for the fix?..

Can you tell me the path to the file(s), where memos are stored? Any way to get those files?.. I can use ShellExec or whatever.

BTW, do you remember if these memos had any special data like image/audio or only text memos?

Just a doubt:  When I see the latest screenshot it shows there are no memos.  Does that mean your device came out of the "Initializing" screen and is able to launch the memo app(original problem reported), but its not showing any of the memos that were there before the upgrade from 2.3->2.4?   Could you please clarify so that the devs get the problem right?

No images or audio! But, I used checklists (not sure, if this can be the reason) and some memos includes special symbols (copied from buffer).

No, when I launch the app, I still get "Initializing...". No memos are shown, when I try to import them to other apps.

As I understand, only when the app itself is launched, it tries to convert old memos.

First of all We feel sorry for the inconvenience

We fixed your issue, and are testing now.
From Next S/W, the mofidifcation will be inlcuded.

I think one check list item was max. 255 chars length. But it could include new line symbol.

Can you tell how soon the next S/W is going to be released?
