Z3 problem unable to check balance

Wenevr i call on any no. Strtng with * and ending with # (for balance checkng fo ex. *123#) the sceen becomes like this as shwn in the pic

If not show Firmwareversion... please check under Settings...
About device

BOL4 is at the moment latest Firmware in public...

Which one you have installed?

@Uttam: This is a very strange problem.  Quite likely that this supplementary service wasn't available at the carrier side at the moment you tried.  Are you getting this problem all the time(it might be specific to certain carrier/SIM or a momentary issue).  Do you mind posting logs for devs to analyse further?  You can either attach it here or send the logs to admin@tizenforum.com(quote this post URL).

BTW, works fine on my Z3 with Airtel SIM.

@adfree *#1234# wont be sent to the network(and is rather handled locally on the device).

for checking balnce i have to insert my sim in another phn and it causes alot of prblm so pls help

i think the same error was on 2.4 beta launched for z1 in September (may be)  .. i had posted it in beta contest post..

This stuff started with IDS is if something is not implemented in Firmware or missing...
For instance Icons or complete function...

So if BOL4 is not damaged by something... this is not supported.

I am not using this kind of feature...
So I have no idea.

Maybe someone else with BOL4 and active SIM card could confirm...

@Uttam

Please post Operator/Provider of your SIM card...
So maybe someone with "your" SIM card can check it...

I can check balance of both the sim cards in any other phone hence the problem lies in the phone only and not in the sim cards

i had used airtel.. reliance... videocon.. bsnl.. Vodafone.. tata docomo.. idea.. never seen this type of issue.. i think problem is corrupted or missing file in firmware..  firmware initialisation or software flash throgh care might help you..
