Could you please attach log dumps?

Refer https://samsung.tizenforum.com/?topic=510.0 for the procedure

How to take logs from the device:
1. As soon as you encounter the problem, press this key combination *#9900#
2. Select Run LOG_DUMP
3. Once this activity gets over, Connect your device to PC/Laptop via USB.
4. Go to Phone->SLP_debug.
5. Copy the file(s) in this folder(usually they are named log_dump_yyyymmddhhmmss.tar.gz) and attach to you bug report.

It is simple , force mobile to 3G/2G or 3G only

No actually it is not that simple, It is a very basic functionality tested N number of times.
I tried this but I am getting HSDPA constantly and I could not reproduce the network related bugs you have reported.
So it is important that you upload the modem logs. I think you are in Bangalore and very near to us so we can ask someone to meet F2F as well.

There are multiple scenarios due to which you can face these kinds of issues in any network.
(1) Congested network ( read typical multi-story building in commercial hubs of Bangalore for instance).
(2) You are in a boundary area of a cell or in corner of building so your mobile is able to camp only occasionally.
(3) You may have a hardware problem or modem on your handset is not calibrated properly.

Actually in conjuncted network scenarios usually we pin blame on Handset but network can choose to throw out any random handset so even if you are comparing side by side you can see one handset working fine and another missing calls / out of network.

If it is actually #3 that is issue related to hardware or calibration service centre can fix the issue.

I made an offer that one of our engineers can meet you and collect the required logs.
A fix can be subsequently made.
