SmartManager "Clear" is terminating ongoing CALL as well

Press "Clear" in SmartManager during ongoing CALL, it ends call.

I think, CALL application should never be killed by SmartManager.

Similary its shouldn't close "Tell Us" app as well.

As I was recording an issue related to "clear" in smartmanager, but the smartmanager stopped the recording.

For now we will try to limit to Call not getting terminated... if we keep adding to the list, we may as well end up removing smart manager itself  ;)

Fix to retain the ongong call will be available in the upcoming MR release.  Please check.
