MODERATOR ANSWER: Dear user, The issue you have reported has already been fixed in the latest version of Tizen Z3. Please update your phone software to use the device seamlessly. To upgrade to latest version please follow the below steps : Connect to a WiFi network >> Launch settings >> About device >> Software update >> Check for updates >> Download and install the latest software package >> The device will then restart automatically >> Once it is done your phone will be updated to the latest Tizen version. If u still face any issues after updating the device please feel free to write to us and also kindly provide logs. Thanks, Team Tizen

Msgs on whatsapp arrives to me ony when i open the whatsapp application....as there is connection appears only when i open whatsapp....when this issue will be fixed....root it with android....donot loose customers
