i added my email account in microsoft exchange sync last week... now i didn't found the account in account settings.. but i get emails in email app... even my contacts are not synchronising. . when i compose new email i get error message. . and the password of my account is same as last week..

i had done factory reset to solve this problem.. again today i got same error...

@Arshdeep, could you also please quickly get logs and share(launch the accounts screen and then take logs).

today again i faced the same problem... even after initialization using kies... i had mailed logs...

 one thing i have seen that i face this problem when my battery drains to zero and phone stays turned off for 1-2 hours and i try to turn on phone in 0% battery..
after charging when i turn on device, i didn't see my outlook account in account section..

when i try to add that email address in account again.. i get error... only solution is reset.. :(

You have reported the issue in BOL2 binary. A new binary version BOL4 is already released. Please update your phone (if needed update manually) to BOL4 and let us know if you still face the same issue.

Kindly update your phone software (Settings --> About Device --> Software Update --> Update now) to the latest one
