Guys some how default email client is missing how do i get it back ? I searched all options is there way without resetting the device?

Go to settings -> application manager -> all.
Scroll up and tap Email -> enable .
Enjoy ....

I don't see enable option, I could only see force close and uninstall and both of them are disabled.

Did you try a reboot or factory reset(after data backup though)?  Usually preloaded apps should get restored.
However before trying these do dump the logs and share.

Guys - It got resolved but let me tell you there should be some serious bug , This is what i did - I tried to rearrange some apps in favorite screen and even dragged them down to the list and added some apps from all avail apps list to favorite list thats it when i got to understand that whenever we drag and try an extra app to favorite list it says already 8 apps avail and it wont allow you to fit in there, Thats when my email app is went away when i added a new app to fav list. Then i how i discovered is that when i change my theme to BMW theme it showed me the email app in the background to other apps in all app list.

I moved all apps from fav list to all app list to the botton and tried to put back needed apps it says already 8 apps present , But in reality its not like that. To resolve this i used menu > rearrange apps alphabetically and then it allowed me to move apps from all list to fav list. Is this NORMAL behavior or a BUG is the Question ? Somebody try and let me know from your experience .

@Saimurali, whenever you try re-arrange apps in the easy-access(8 apps) list, the remaining may get rearranged depending on which page in the apps list has an empty slot.
