Stayfit push up app for counting repetitions of Gym exercises

StayFit - Squats and Pushups helps you count the repetitions and calories of Squats and Push ups automatically and keep track of your aggregate repetitions.
These exercises are helpful in maintaining the muscle and bone mass and improves your overall fitness.
It strengthens your core body area which is very helpful in improving your sports performance.
It motivates the user to achieve his daily, weekly and monthly targets.

Features of the app:
1. Trivia - Contains a brief description of exercises on how to perform correctly, variations, target muscles, user benefits and possible over training effect.
2. Counter - Automatic repetition and calories counter along with an edit and save option.
You can click on "i" icon for information on how to use the app.
3. Reports - Daily and monthly summary of repetitions. Option to delete summary and start afresh.

Looks good. Although I would love to see more native coded apps for our Tizen Devices.

StayFit Push app provides trivia (for doing Gym exercises correctly), repetition count of Gym exercises and corresponding calories burnt in a partcular session.
User can also see their summary report (weekly/monthly progress)

Weight training/ strength training exercises helps in building muscular fitness and reduces the chances of osteoporosis(a condition associated with porous bone). It also increases the lean muscle mass and reduces cholesterol/fat.
We are in process of putting additional exercises like skipping in this app.
