Media revolution in India has begun! With your support Janta Ka Reporter(JKR) has now become a reality.

JKR is a 24x7 multimedia news application. The purpose of launching this app is to revolutionize the way we report news. Impartiality, objectivity and audience trust will be the guiding principles of our news gathering ethos.

Modelled along the lines of the BBC, where the founder of this news medium, Rifat Jawaid, worked for over 12 years at a very senior level, this app will promote courageous journalism without taking anybody

Hi Shreeram,

I tried the app janta ka reporter but only white screen was appearing.

I would like to know more about the app. Is it a self hosted app?

I am also developing a self hosted app but it failed saying the app should terminate when back key is pressed.

Can you help me how can I do this?

Yes its a hosted app. But for me its loading the content properly. You can try installing again and try on a high speed connection.

You can put below code in config.xml

<tizen:setting backbutton-presence="enable" />

Above code will make the back key function like how it works in a web browser.

Need more help. Can we terminate app instead of going back.

My app is not approved and asking that the back key should terminate the app.

Is your apps behavior similar to mine?

As I told you this setting will make your app behave as how it works in a web browser i.e go back in history and if nothing left then the app will go to background.

<tizen:setting backbutton-presence="enable" />

Yup, it works same as you told.

What they need is that it should terminate the app instead of going back it seems.
